Because our products are made specifically to order, shipping timelines may differ from traditional retail purchases.

All products sold on our website are made to order.

  • Production typically takes 2–7 business days
  • Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully completed
  • Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled

Production time does not include shipping time.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Postal service delays
  • Peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order quantity

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
